An Event in our platform is a unique entity created specifically for your channel. It is generated using the channel URL and is exclusive to your shop, ensuring that the data is safe, secure, and only accessible to the shop owner.
Events store the incoming webhook body and header information, capturing detailed data from various sources. This information is then used according to the field mapping you have set up for the channel. Furthermore, Events help track the state and lifecycle of the data received and sent, including interactions with Shopify Flow, providing you with greater visibility and control over your shop’s operations.
We will notify you when you are near your event limit so that you can upgrade and keep your workflows active. If you are over your event limit for more than 24 hours without upgrading, we will pause your workflows until you upgrade.

Yes. Flow Plus lets you bring in data from external systems into the Shopify Flow app. You can then build as many workflows as you want using Shopify Flow.
Flow Plus does not request any permissions from your shop upon installation. Our platform simply acts as a relay, forwarding the data coming through your channel URL directly to your Shopify Flow. We do log events in our system for a limited time, depending on your plan, ranging from 7 to 30 days. These logs are solely for the purpose of helping you debug any issues and are permanently deleted after this period.
We never read, process, or share your data, nor do we request access to any information from your Shopify store. Our role is strictly to facilitate the transfer of data between your webhook source and Shopify Flow.
